Generally 8-12 weeks depending on what’s currently in the pipelines, best to check in with us for a more precise time frame

Looking for a place to park your tiny home?

NZ’s online directory for connecting tiny house owners & land owners is called Landshare, another good plan is to post on local Facebook pages, also ask us as we try to keep our ears open for potential spots!

How would I transport my tiny home?

We use experienced transporters who are fully insured for peace of mind your new home will arrive smoothly to your destination. If you live locally we’re happy to deliver too, Phil is an expert reverser! you may be surprised where it’s possible to situate tiny homes! we’ve also used hiabs to reach some pretty creative spots (over the neighbours fence, up a steep hill….)

Will my house have a warranty?

Yes, we provide a Build Warranty of three years for any workmanship issues. Electrical and gas work is carried out by licenced professionals & compliance certificates will be provided to the new owners

Do you offer rent to buy?

Unfortunately not at the moment, further down the track we would like to open this door for people so worth checking in with us. There are companies who support financing for tiny homes, see below -

What are the rules & regulations around tiny homes?

Councils have specific requirements for different areas. We advise you get in touch with your local council to learn the ins & outs to comply with regulations. Another great resource is the Tiny House Hub website - a wealth of information all about tiny houses in NZ
